TruArch Design — Privacy Policy

TruArch Design (“the app”) is made by Simplistic Develops LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy describes the information the app currently collects, the information future versions may collect, and the choices available to you.

1. Information Collected by the App

The current version of the app does not collect or transmit personal information. Designs, prices and settings you create are currently stored solely on your device. The app does not require an account, does not include analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and operates without an internet connection. We do not have access to your designs unless you elect to send them to us.

2. Information You Provide to Us

• Feedback. The Send Feedback feature prepares a message to us in your email application or your device’s sharing options. The message includes your responses, the app version, your device’s operating system and version, and a copy of the open design. No information is transmitted unless you choose to send the message, and you may edit or remove any of its contents beforehand. If you send it, we receive your email address and the contents of the message.
• Exports and Sharing. Designs, models and cost lists that you export or share are delivered only to the recipients or services you select.

We use feedback and attached designs solely to diagnose problems and improve the app. We retain them only as long as necessary for those purposes and will delete them upon request.

3. Information Collected During Beta Testing

If you participate in testing through Apple’s TestFlight service, Apple provides us with certain information in accordance with Apple’s privacy policy. This information includes the name and email address associated with your invitation, your device model and operating system version, installation and usage dates, crash reports, and any screenshots and comments you submit through TestFlight. We use this information solely to conduct testing and improve the app.

4. Information Future Versions May Collect

Future versions of the app may include the features described below. Before any version begins collecting additional information, we will update this policy and the app’s privacy disclosures in the App Store and Google Play to describe the information collected and its purpose.

• Analytics and Diagnostics. To understand how features are used and to identify errors, the app may collect usage events (such as the screens and tools used), performance and crash data, device type, operating system, app version, and a randomly generated identifier for the app installation. This information may be processed on our behalf by a service provider, such as an analytics or crash-reporting service. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.
• Purchases and Subscriptions. Certain versions or features of the app may require payment. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and we do not receive your payment card or bank account information. We receive a record of the purchase and its status in order to provide access to the purchased features.
• Accounts and Cloud Storage. Future versions may offer or require an account, and may store designs online for features such as backup, synchronization or sharing. If so, we will store your email address and the designs associated with your account on our servers or those of our service providers. You will be able to delete your account and its associated data from within the app.
• Advertising. Free versions of the app may display advertisements provided by advertising networks. These networks may collect your device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, your interactions with advertisements, and, only with your permission, your device’s advertising identifier. On iOS, the app will request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, advertisements may still be displayed but will not be personalized through such tracking. Where applicable law requires consent for personalized advertising, we will obtain it beforehand.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We share information only:

• with service providers that process it on our behalf (such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting or email services), subject to terms that restrict their use of it;
• with advertising networks, if a version of the app displays advertisements, as described above;
• with Apple or Google, for app distribution, testing and purchases; and
• when required by law, or as necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or others.

Certain privacy laws treat the disclosure of information to advertising networks for personalized advertising as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. If the app engages in such disclosure, you may opt out within the app or by contacting us.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Your designs are currently stored on your device. Deleting a design, or the app, removes them from the device.
• You may disable advertising tracking at any time in your device settings (on iOS, Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on your place of residence, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, which we will honor. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Security and Storage

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We are located in the United States, and information you provide may be stored and processed there.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, including any new collection of information, we will also provide notice within the app before the changes take effect.
